I was a wait-listed customer this year, new to MowValue and the experience was high quality. Stewart was very efficient; he responded promptly to texts, demonstrated an exceptionally strong work ethic and followed through exactly how he said he would. Our yard took some time and he let me know that next year the price would be a bit higher. Appreciating the work involved, I offered to pay more but Stewart said “no,” I honour the price I quoted. It’s a labour intensive business and likely hard to find good help but his employee was also excellent and hard-working. I saw how Stewart respectfully offered him feedback and although his expectations were high, he interacted with his staff in the same manner he dealt with me as a customer. I’m so pleased with the work and as Stewart said, “I like to enable people to enjoy their yards,” we look forward to living well in our clean and refreshed outdoor space.
